Posso solo dire: grazie. My experience far exceeds 5 stars, for two reasons: 1) the technician solved an accidental computer problem, in the blink of an eye and with great availability and courtesy; 2) the welcome was excellent. Che dire, nonostante fossi del basso salento ho preferito fare il lavoro a Brindisi perché lo store Apple di Lecce pretendeva che telefonassi più volte per chiedere la disponibilità della batteria, e una volta arrivata avrei dovuto lasciare il telefono ricoverato per 4-5 giorni. CHE DIFFERENZA! Quindi Magellano srl merita le cinque stelle, complimenti. Ho dovuto cambiare la tastiera a causa di un mio danno, prezzo ragionevole, ho portato il mac neanche tre gg e avevo il mac pronto al ritiro, nessun problema con le comunicazioni, anzi, mi pare che il tecnico si chiami Gianluca, davvero competente e affidabile. Consiglio assolutamente il centro di Brindisi, essendo di Lecce ho chiesto info al centro di Lecce ma non hanno nulla a che vedere con il centro di Brindisi tutta un’altra storia, quello di Lecce maleducazione e tempistiche infinite. M	Martina Caiulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali, dopo aver spedito il prodotto, non comunicano l'entità del danno se non rientra nella garanzia prima di procedere alla riparazione, e comunicano direttamente al ritiro di dover sborsare soldi di tasca mia. Avrei voluto essere avvertita, in modo da poter decidere se valeva la pena riparare il prodotto oppure no, invece con grande sorpresa ho dovuto tirare fuori il bancomat senza altra scelta, visto che ormai il prodotto era stato riparato senza il minimo preavviso. Fortunatamente nel mio caso la riparazione non è costata molto, ma se fossero stati centinaia di euro? Non bisognerebbe avvisare, prima di procedere alla riparazione a spese del cliente?
