La pressione esercitata da parte di alcune commesse con cui mi sono rapportata è alquanto esagerata. Ho notato una mancata conoscenza degli altricoli in vendita.
 I have been a loyal customer of yours for many years. However, I must point out an evident pressure from the staff, the usual freedom of movement and choice of your products is lacking. The pressure exerted by some orders with which I have dealt with is somewhat exaggerated. I have noticed a lack of knowledge of the other items for sale.
