★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per il negozio nulla da dire ma si deve ricordare al personale che se si può permettere di fare la bella statuina soprattutto alla cassa è solo grazie a noi clienti ..... quindi consiglio un bagno di umiltà .....non penso che mi rivedranno ci vuole anche accoglienza non solo convenienza!!!!!!!

Appena montata il giorno di carnevale sono saltate le viti e la manovella va a scatti, di conseguenza non l'ho potuta utilizzare.Mi sono recata in negozio per un cambio o reso in quanto difettosa ma hanno cercato la scusa che non si poteva fare il cambio perché era stata usata e non si poteva più rimettere in vendita. Se un prodotto è difettoso non si dovrebbe rimettere in vendita perché un'altra persona può acquistarlo. E soprattutto una macchinetta della pasta come si fa a vedere che non funziona se non la provi? Il dipendente mi ha risposto questo controllo lo doveva fare la casa madre... E appunto voi rivenditori tornate indietro il prodotto alla casa madre e al cliente fate un cambio o un reso. Ho potuto parlare solo con due dipendenti perché la responsabile non si è resa disponibile. Il valore è irrisorio quindi posso anche farne a meno ma la serietà sta anche in queste piccole cose. Se dovessi riacquistare un prodotto da voi non lo farei più perché peccate di serietà.
Il problema è stato risolto perché mi sono recata in negozio nuovamente dopo la risposta alla mia recensione e ho fatto il cambio. Grazie.

And you retailers return the product to the parent company and make an exchange or a return to the customer. I was only able to speak to two employees because the manager did not make herself available. The value is negligible so I can also do without it but the seriousness is also in these little things. If I had to buy back a product from you I would not do it anymore because you are serious.
The problem was solved because I went to the shop again after replying to my review and made the switch. Thank you.
