Onestamente credo che sia una vergogna. Si continua a ripetere che in ambito di emergenza la prontezza è tutto e invece si chiude un punto di primo soccorso? Tonight we took our son and sadly we discovered that in such a challenging district there is a magnificent facility with medical excellence without an emergency room. I honestly think it's a shame. Poco ascolto nei confronti degli anziani, atteggiamento arrogante. Viene suonato il campanello da una donna anziana e dopo 20m.si presenta l'infermiera. Penso che alcuni del personale sanitario non dovrebbero occuparsi delle persone ma andare a fare dell'altro. Sono veramente arrabbiata delusa del sistema è tutto vergognoso. Bad experience.
