Peccato solo per il prezzo di alcuni prodotti che è davvero altissimo, per intenderci lo stesso identico prodotto costa il TRIPLO rispetto ad altre parti. Esagerato. Clean environment, competent staff, minimum waiting times. Too bad only for the price of some products which is really very high, so to speak the exact same product costs TRIPLE compared to other parts. Exaggerated.

Voglio dire che la vostra infermiera Chidima Vivian che effettua i tamponi e molto sgarbata ed ha una mano pesante, talmente pesante che mio figlio e uscito piangendo dal dolore. Prima lo effettuato io e premetto che ne faccio uno ogni 2 giorni ed ho girato tantissime farmacie ed infermieri ma la vostra infermiera e veramente un incubo. Purtroppo non si può dare meno di una stella per recensire. Poi non parliamo dell’esito. Più di un’ora per stamparlo. Gente fuori che si lamentava. Non c’è ne uno che ne parlava bene. Pessimo. Dopo l'attesa di un ora (era aperta solo una cassa, e inoltre il servizio era molto lento), il signore al banco sentendo il nome del farmaco, senza nemmeno consultate il computer mi ha riferito che quel tipo di medicinale arriva solo sul ordinazione e dopo UNA SETTIMANA! Ricordo che si trattava del farmaco urgente per il mio figlio!! Senza dire nulla mi sono andata in altra farmacia in cirso Traiano dove ho acquistato il mio farmaco senza nessun problema! Altre farmacie sono più gentili e danno la possibilità di prenotare al telefono anticipando tutti i dati anagrafici. Non è forse meglio che fare code infinite in loco? Diverso è citare pubblicamente nomi e cognomi di professionisti, i quali si conoscono solo perché (giustamente) obbligati per legge a firmare i referti che emettono. Fare ciò è per il puro gusto di screditare la persona (anche perché la mano "pesante" è un parere del tutto soggettivo), nel periodo di forti tensioni nel quale purtroppo ci troviamo a vivere, questa "usanza" ha più di una volta portato poi a minacce (se non peggio) ai danni di infermieri e medici. Non sono un avvocato, ma per episodi del genere si potrebbe essere al limite della denuncia... Mi riferisco alla recensione del Sig. Milazzo. Ogni volta la stessa storia: personale svogliato, freddo e tempi di attesa lunghi. La storia si ripete sempre. Preferisco fare più strada, ma andare altrove d'ora in poi. Il responsabile del personale dovrebbe rivedere le cose in questa farmacia. They have no idea what it means to manage the flow of customers and above all how to treat it. The same story every time: listless staff, cold and long waiting times. History always repeats itself. I prefer to go further, but go elsewhere from now on. The personnel manager should review things at this pharmacy.
N	Nello Varriale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ottobre mi reco in questa farmacia per effettuare i tamponi ogni due giorni, all’inizio ci sono state piccole incomprensioni sulle prenotazioni ma dato che era una novità anche per loro credo sia normale attenersi a piccoli dislivelli nei primi giorni, da ottobre ad oggi hanno fatto passi da gigante. Mi rimpiange molto leggere tante recensioni negative su questa farmacia e sul personale (a parer mio ottimo e professionale) , per me sono stati bravissimi, hanno avuto sempre un comportamento rispettoso e accogliente nei confronti dei clienti nonostante le lunghe code e gli orari massacranti di lavoro! I regret reading so many negative reviews on this pharmacy and on the staff (in my opinion excellent and professional), for me they were very good, they have always had a respectful and welcoming behavior towards customers despite the long queues and the exhausting working hours ! For me they are really good ☺️
