m	mario simone ascolani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cosa vergognosa chiamo l’ ospedale per chiedere una cosa e mi risponde un uomo del centralino con una voce scocciata in più ho un problema di sordità e mi offende in una maniera assurda “ ma ci senti quando parlo “ queste cose non si dicono mi dispiace spero che qualcuno legga il mio commento perché è da denuncia non mi ci spreco manco tempo con questa gente spero che Gesù faccia il suo lavoro. Saluti! E	Elena Ferrazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una cara amica è stata dimessa da poco.ricoverata più di 20 giorni in Medicina: Per lei un incubo,gli sembrava un campo di concentramento,personale cattivo e poco serio.(dettagli davvero inumani)Fortuna che poi è stata spostata in geriatria,li si è trovata molto bene,personale molto umane e in 1 settimana i valori sono ritornati buoni. Fatto sta che è rimasta traumatizzata e mai più vorrà mettere piede in quel reparto di mostri. La prossima volta vi denuncio perché non è possibile che un centralino possa rispondere in questo modo . Un uomo mi ha risposto in malo modo è dire poco . Sono 3 volte che chiamo e non riesco a prendere ancora un appuntamento mi ha risposto tutte e tre le volte e tutte e tre le volte mi ha praticamente riattaccato in faccia. L'anestesista ha raschiato ripetutamente le vertebre lombari senza riuscire ad entrare, tanto da dover chiedere ausilio; il catetere utilizzato per espellere l'anestesia mi ha causato una bruttissima infezione alle vie urinarie. Dopo quell'evento il mio fisico é crollato, ho dolori neurologici costanti e non riesco a guarire. La medicina non é per tutti. I had surgery a few years ago in this hospital on my knee. They ruined my life forever. The anesthetist repeatedly scraped the lumbar vertebrae without being able to enter, so much so that he had to ask for help; the catheter used to expel anesthesia caused me a very bad urinary tract infection. After that event my body collapsed, I have constant neurological pain and I can't heal. Medicine is not for everyone.

Un ringraziamento speciale all' ostetrica Silvia che ieri sera ha contribuito in maniera determinante alla nascita di nostra figlia. Gentilezza, professionalità e amore per il lavoro e per la paziente, in questo caso la mia compagna. Grazie davvero. Un reparto di eccellenza pubblica. There is a lot of talk (and sometimes inappropriately) of public medical malpractice. In my experience I have found a truly excellent gynecology department. Special thanks to the midwife Silvia who contributed decisively to the birth of our daughter last night. Kindness, professionalism and love for work and for the patient, in this case my partner. Thank you very much. A department of public excellence.

Le infermiere sono più fredde del ghiaccio, cattive e non mostrano nemmeno il minimo di empatia. Se ne salva forse una. Mia sorella, molto molto giovane ed in procinto di partorire, è stata lasciata da sola per la maggior parte del tempo. Non hanno lasciato passare nemmeno l’assistente che, come da regola, ha fatto almeno tre tamponi per stare lì con lei. Abbiamo provato a chiamare per avere in formazioni, e ci è stato detto che le nostre domande “non erano fondamentali”. Se avete possibilità di scelta, non usufruite di questo ospedale perché lo staff è pari a zero ed ha nessun rispetto per la condizione emotiva e fisica dei propri pazienti. This is possibly one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. Nurses are colder than ice, mean, and don't show even the slightest bit of empathy. Maybe one is saved. My sister, very very young and about to give birth, was left alone most of the time. They did not even let the assistant pass who, as a rule, took at least three swabs to be there with her. We tried to call for information, and were told our questions "weren't fundamental". If you have a choice, do not use this hospital because the staff is zero and has no respect for the emotional and physical condition of their patients.
L	L. Fontijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! BADLY MANAGED. Stay away and find another Hospital !!!! Really!!! Pronto soccorso is nothing pronto to. Hard to find directions and very unorganized. Once in the Waitingroom you can eat your hart out and wait for several hours and No information at all. Just wait and see. After three hours still nothing and very rumorous and angry patients. It seems they have dinner from 20.00 till 21.00. Nothing happend at all and afterwards they started again. Bizar!!!
T	Thaís Coury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom, a 73 year old lady with a heart condition was neglected, ignored and mocked by staff who previously said they could take her home with an ambulance since we don't own a car and she doesn't speak much italian. To those who work here... SHAME ON YOU!!!! She spent 8 hours waiting while everyone was attended to, they didn't do a heart exam that was suggested by Guardia medica and didn't give her the exam results. She was hungry and thristy and came home crying with high blood pressure and nauseous from stress. This is what you call a health service???? Now I'm sitting outside the pronto soccorso door to ask for results and no one comes here... Not one person at the door of the emergency.
