★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo lasciato una recensione piuttosto negativa su questa azienda a causa di inspiegabili ritardi nella consegna ma soprattutto per il comportamento poco professionale nel negarsi telefonicamente e tramite email. La mia voce però è stata ascoltata e sono giunte le motivazioni e le scuse per quanto sopra. Il dialogo è diventato molto corretto e professionale. La consegna ed il prodotto come da ordine. Ritengo chiuso l'incidente senz'altro generato da questo periodo difficile che genera incertezze e ritardi nel reperimento dei materiali ai produttori. Infine consiglio questa azienda perché ha dimostrato di saper correre ai ripari e di tenere molto alla propria immagine.
I had left a rather negative review on this company due to unexplained delivery delays but above all for the unprofessional behavior in denying themselves by phone and by email. My voice, however, was heard and the reasons and apologies for the above came. The dialogue has become very fair and professional. Delivery and product as per order. I believe that the accident generated by this difficult period which generates uncertainties and delays in finding materials for producers is closed. Finally, I recommend this company because it has shown that it can run for cover and care a lot about its image.
