Una cucina sopraffina con accostamenti inusuali che affondano le radici nella tradizione ma giocano con la sperimentazione. Ingredienti di altissima qualità (il mix di crudita’ di pesce di Trapani e’ imperdibile!) e mani espertissime in cucina (il fritto di mare croccante al punto giusto ma leggero). Lasciatevi consigliare dal gestore (persona squisita) siete in ottime mani!
 In a delightful square a stone's throw from the center (but secluded enough not to be overrun by tourists) this restaurant with a magical atmosphere is a real gem! An exquisite cuisine with unusual combinations that have their roots in tradition but play with experimentation. Ingredients of the highest quality (the mix of raw fish from Trapani is a must!) And expert hands in the kitchen (fried seafood crispy at the right point but light). Let yourself be advised by the manager (exquisite person) you are in good hands!
