A	Alex Mac on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This joint is aptly named Machete. The inept barber may as well have worked on my hair with a hatchet given the outcome. I went in looking for a simple trim and tidy and came out with a double layered bowl cut that left me looking like Moe from the Three Stooges. Really, it would have been quicker, and just the same result, if he had put a pot on my head and cut around the edges. Such a disappointment as my experience of another Italian barbershop a few weeks prior was magnificent. Those folk knew what they were doing. Machete does not. The first thing I did after I got home and unpacked my bags was go get another haircut to try to minimise the damage Machete inflicted on my hair.

I highly recommend this place, and i will be back next time im in bologna, ciao ragazzi xoxo

We were able to communicate easily even though I know about 3 words of Italian and I am completely stoked with the end result. As a tourist, if you're passing through Bologna and needing a haircut, I highly recommend visiting Machete - good value, excellent friendly service, and very skilled barbers. 5/5.

Carlo will make you look even more fresh and will give you the smile ! Great vibes, highly recommending this place. (Pour mes français, vous serez accueilli avec fraternité et joie?)
B	Bea Mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible recommend this place, after the treatment received. I suppose it was because we were foreigners, and we would only visit it once in our travel. We went for a customer's recommendation at 1 p.m. and we were told that they weren't free until 2.30p.m., they gave us a card with the appointment. We leave our visits in Bologna to assist to our appointment, and what was our surprise, when we arrived 5 minutes in advance, and they had the cheek to tell us that the appointment would be, if they were not attending clients, that it has been a misunderstanding. It was pathetic and surrealistic situation. What a pity people like that. SORRY MY ENGLISH IS PERFECT I OWN A SOLICITOR'S OFFICE FOR NON RESIDENTS

I'm moving on, with my regular barber Carlo, who is no longer working there. ORIGINAL: Absolutely fantastic. I went here for a haircut on my first day in town (Jan 2020), and would never think of going elsewhere. And I have not done so! Very professional team. Nice ambiance. They provide quality care to their clientele. Carlo is my guy. But the whole team is obviously a top-notch crew.
