★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingiustificati aumenti, affettati piu salati del normale, calo di qualita' e spesso errori di prezzo a svantaggio cliente... a mio avviso brusco calo dopo quasi 20 anni che mi servo regolarmente da loro....
 Unjustified increases, saltier meats than normal, drop in quality and often price errors to the detriment of the customer ... in my opinion a sharp drop after almost 20 years that I regularly use them ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistiamo carni e salumi alla Clai da sempre ed anche da quando ci siamo trasferiti a Bergamo per lavoro continuiamo ad andarci 3-4 volte l’anno a fare scorte!
È tutto buonissimo e genuino e vale la pena fare 5 ore di macchina per comprare le loro carni e i salumi.
We have always bought meats and cured meats at La Clai and even since we moved to Bergamo for work we continue to go there 3-4 times a year to stock up!
Everything is very good and genuine and it is worth the 5 hour drive to buy their meats and cured meats.
