Personale cortese e attento ad ogni richiesta di piatti speciali. Prezzi modesti per la qualità delle carni, del luogo dove situato il negozio e per l'offerta vastissima. C'è anche il reparto pizzicheria che offre panini farciti di ogni tipo.
Excellent meat, historic butcher located in central Rome that offers first choice cuts and a huge choice of ready-cook preparations of the highest quality and authenticity. Courteous and attentive staff for any request for special dishes. Low prices for the quality of the meats, the place where the shop is located and for the vast offer. There is also the pizza department which offers stuffed sandwiches of all kinds.

Ho preso due panini: una rosetta con arrosto di tacchino e una ciabatta con salame ungherese, al modico prezzo di 4,60.
Da pazzi veramente.
Non ci metterò mai più piede.
Absurd prices.
I took two sandwiches: a rosette with roast turkey and a ciabatta with Hungarian salami, at the modest price of 4.60.
Really crazy.
I will never set foot there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La carne è di ottima qualità, i preparati sono freschissimi e gustosissimi (in particolare polpettone, polpette, involtini, tagliata al ginepro e pollo marinato). I titolari sono sempre gentilissimi e sorridenti: è un piacere andarci!
The meat is of excellent quality, the preparations are fresh and very tasty (in particular meatloaf, meatballs, rolls, juniper cut and marinated chicken). The owners are always very kind and smiling: it is a pleasure to go there!

High quality meets at good prices; good selection of cured meats and cheeses, plus fresh bread / pizza bianca daily, plus a small selection of well-priced local wines.
