Va sicuramente provata! Formaggi e altri prodotti di qualità di aziende locali a km 0. Anche la loro farina va assolutamente provata.
Excellent meat and salami and their production. Excellent Mora Romagnola specialties. As they say, do not taste our products because then you can do without them.? It must definitely be tried! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La freschezza della carne è discuribile. Ho dovuto buttare via della carne comprata il giorno prima , mi è capitato,precedentemente, anche con una fiorentina da 1,2kg che nei bordi sapesse di andato a male.
Ultima disavventura ieri ,nell'aprire della pancetta sottovuoto e trovarla "marcia" nonostante mancasse parecchio alla scadenza riportata nell'etichetta.
Peccato davvero
The freshness of the meat is discernible. I had to throw away some meat bought the day before, it happened to me, previously, even with a 1,2 kg Florentine steak that tasted bad in the edges.
Last misadventure yesterday, in opening the vacuum-packed bacon and finding it "rotten" despite missing a lot of the expiry date shown on the label.
Too bad indeed
