Sono le cose che ho riscontrato nelle varie occasioni in cui ho avuto l'onore di servirmi e mangiare in questa macelleria nel magnifico quartiere sanità. Elegance, kindness and quality. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, quattro chiacchere con il Proprietario Antonio e la moglie Giovanna come amici di vecchia data. Abbiamo gustato un Antipasto(da non perdere) di polpettine fritte di vario tipo e spiedini di pollo accompagnato da ottimo vino frizzantino. Pausa. Segue arrosto con carne di prima scelta accompagnato da contorni vari e pane tostato. Pausa. Segue l assaggio di un hamburger di maialino nero.... Squisito, succoso, saporito! Un posto che Consiamo a chi si trova a Napoli nello storico rione Sanità. A wonderful discovery made by chance. One Saturday night we asked if there was room and after a wait of just 10 minutes they made us sit down. We felt at home, chatting with the Owner Antonio and his wife Giovanna as old friends. We enjoyed an Antipasto (not to be missed) of various types of fried meatballs and chicken skewers accompanied by excellent sparkling wine. Pause. It follows roast with first choice meat accompanied by various side dishes and toasted bread. Pause. Following is the taste of a black pig burger .... Delicious, juicy, tasty! A place that we can recommend to those in Naples in the historic Sanità district.
