La macellazione in proprio della carne e quindi la possibilità di acquistare su ordinazione anche tagli introvabili nella GDO. Il sig. Vincenzo è un amante del BBQ e dunque è possibile ordinare maiale e manzo con tagli alla americana specifici per questa tecnica di cottura.
Small rural butcher's shop run by Mr. Enzo and his wife. There are several strengths. The possibility of buying other foodstuffs besides meat. The slaughtering of meat on one's own and therefore the possibility of buying on order even cuts that cannot be found in the large-scale distribution.
