★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono anni che prenoto lo stinco di maiale già cotto e dopo la prima volta che ordinai anche le patate come contorno, non ci sono cascato più. Stinco gigante e cotto a regola d'arte. Carne tenera e succulenta ma se non siete abituati a mangiarne tanta, sconsiglio di abbinarci contorni o altro. Vi assicuro che farete difficoltà anche a finire lo stinco. Prezzi assolutamente onesti, 5€ lo stinco. Conosco luoghi al nord dove lo stinco costa molto di più e qualitativamente è di gran lunga inferiore. Personale gentile e accogliente.
Purtroppo non è sempre possibile trovare disponibile lo stinco. Va inevitabilmente a ruba.
I have been booking the pork shank already cooked for years and after the first time I also ordered potatoes as a side dish, I didn't fall for it anymore. Giant shank and cooked to perfection. Tender and succulent meat but if you are not used to eating a lot of it, I do not recommend combining it with side dishes or anything else. I assure you that you will also find it difficult to finish the shin. Absolutely fair prices, 5 € the shank. I know places in the north where the shin costs a lot more and its quality is much lower. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Unfortunately it is not always possible to find the shank available. It inevitably goes like hot cakes.

La qualità della carne è ottima. Il personale gentile e cortese.
