★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno che sapesse fare il sushi di carne sarebbe uno davvero in gamba diceva Hanaya Hyonei (che inventò il sushi di pesce e non diede retta a suo cugino che coltivava vitelli :-).) Se poi non solo lo fa ma lo fa buono può anche passare alla storia. Almeno per me.
One who knew how to make meat sushi would be a really good one said Hanaya Hyonei (who invented fish sushi and did not listen to his cousin who grew calves :-).) And if he not only does it but does it good he can also go down in history. At least for me.
