Ogni volta che entro l'acquolina in bocca mi si piazza prepotentemente, solo alla percezione di profumi che mi rimandano a quando, io bambino, mio padre preparava gli insaccati in casa. La scelta di carne fresca non è così vasta come nelle grandi città, ma considerando la location direi più che adeguata. Non credo molte persone comprino carne di cavallo o di struzzo a Sant'Arcangelo. Io ci vado per gli insaccati, che porto in Sicilia come regali agli amici. Consiglio di prenotare, magari due giorni prima, per non correre il rischio di dover prendere "quello che c'è". The possibility of not only having meat but also a "side dish" of other typical products is great. Whenever my mouth wateres, I place it overwhelmingly, only at the perception of aromas that remind me of when, as a child, my father prepared sausages at home. The choice of fresh meat is not as vast as in the big cities, but considering the location I would say more than adequate. I don't think many people buy horse or ostrich meat in Sant'Arcangelo. I go there for the sausages, which I take to Sicily as gifts to friends. I recommend booking, maybe two days before, so as not to run the risk of having to take "what is there".
