★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero scettica nel provare questa macelleria (avendone gia un un'altra di fiducia) ma da quando l'ho fatto sono cliente fissa ed abitando su Corso Italia è diventata la mia macelleria di riferimento. Simpatici e cordiali i titolari (pronti a dare suggerimenti e consigli sul come cucinare ogni singola varietà di carne presente al banco). Personalmente oltre la carne tradizionale ho provato la salsiccia al limone, quella rucola e grana, pollo ripieno (lo fanno su richiesta) , crocchette di carne, panzerotti di carne con prosciutto e galbanone e canestrini con speck funghi e panna... non mi ha deluso niente, tutto squisito e di ottima qualità!! Consiglio di provare le bombette al pistacchio ????
I was skeptical in trying this butcher shop (having already another trusted one) but since I did it I am a regular customer and living on Corso Italia it has become my reference butcher shop. The owners are nice and friendly (ready to give suggestions and advice on how to cook every single variety of meat at the counter). Personally, besides the traditional meat, I tried the lemon sausage, the rocket and parmesan, stuffed chicken (they do it on request), meat croquettes, meat panzerotti with ham and galbanone and canestrini with speck mushrooms and cream ... disappointed nothing, all delicious and excellent quality !! I recommend trying pistachio bowls ????
