Il ragazzo giovane al banco con il cellulare in mano scompare nel retrobottega per diversi minuti. Va bene, ho voluto pensare fosse al telefono con un fornitore o comunque per lavoro. Chiedo 500 gr di macinato di bovini, prende un bel taglio con il grasso (come piace a me) e taglia via il grasso, gli chiedo di lasciarmelo per favore e lui mi ignora completamente. Gli chiedo una seconda volta se può mettere il grasso e niente... Non ascolta. Va bene... Vedo al banco una bella soppressa con il budello scuro, ben stagionata, gli chiedo quanto viene al kg e mi risponde 12 euro. Gli chiedo se posso averne metà e mi risponde che in quel caso costa 15 €.... Boh... Ok poteva dirlo subito. La voglio provare e gli dico va bene, mi prende da un contenitore a fianco una soppressa dall aspetto freschissimo, budello sintetico bianco trasparente e sottovuoto. Gli dico che non è la stessa cosa e lui dice 'si è la stessa'... Va bene... Sono una cliente stupida. Morale, il macinato non era un granché, la soppressa disgustosa, era troppo molle, sapeva di rancio e l'ho dovuta buttare come i 20€ spesi. Un vero peccato perché mi avrebbe fatto comodo una macelleria vicino a casa. Visited on 08/27/19. Within this butcher shop, I look clean, influenced by the previous review more than positive. The young boy at the desk with the phone in his hand disappears into the back room for several minutes. Okay, I wanted to think it was on the phone with a supplier or at least for work. I ask for 500 grams of ground beef, take a nice cut with the fat (as I like it) and cut away the fat, ask him to leave it to me please and he completely ignores me. I ask him a second time if he can put on fat and nothing ... He doesn't listen. Okay ... I see a nice suppressed with dark gut, well seasoned at the counter, I ask him how much is per kg and he answers me 12 euros. I ask him if I can have half of it and he replies that in that case it costs 15 € .... Boh ... Ok he could say it right away. I want to try it and I say okay, it takes me from a container next to a suppressed looking very fresh, transparent white synthetic gut and vacuum packed. I tell him it's not the same thing and he says 'yes it's the same' ... All right ... I'm a stupid client. Morale, the ground was not much, the suppressed disgusting, it was too soft, smacked of rancio and I had to throw it like the 20 € spent. A pity because I would have liked a butcher's shop close to home.

Excellent butcher, family-run business with great search for quality, kind and friendly service, always ready for advice and a joke, very good prices compared to other retailers. If you like meat, you have to come and see Carlo. Very good ribs and Florentine steaks and not just sausages, hamburgers, panzeta, ribs, polastro and coneio.
