★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria come quelle di una volta. Titolari molto professionali e disponibili. Qualità della carne (coniglio, ovina e bovina) molto buona, affettati e foraggi molto buoni. Stagiona personalmente la bresaola (di cui ho sviluppato una dipendenza: ne consumiamo quasi una alla settimana). Prepara anche spiedini, hamburger ed involtini pronti da cuocere e ha un piccolo angolo rosticceria.
Prezzi nella media.
Situata nel centro storico di Canzo, vicino a due parcheggi per l'auto.
Vivamente consigliato.
A distanza di tempo e dopo ripetuti passaggi mi sento di confermare il giudizio completamento positivo: bravi.
Non posso non fare i complimenti per le 'proposte della Luci' :
1) da applausi le lasagne fatte veramente in casa (forse ad eccezione della sola pasta, ma verificherò ed aggiornerò) con un ragù alla bolognese saporito ma delicato e non unto ed una besciamella che ne vorresti ancora ed ancora
2) da lacrime tanto è buono il suo brasato con la polenta, unico difetto: non lo propone abbastanza frequentemente.
Butcher shop like it used to be. Very professional and helpful owners. Very good quality of meat (rabbit, sheep and beef), very good cold cuts and fodder. Personally season the bresaola (of which I have developed an addiction: we consume almost one a week). It also prepares kebabs, hamburgers and ready-to-cook rolls and has a small rotisserie corner.
Average prices.
Located in the historic center of Canzo, near two car parks.
Highly recommended.
After some time and after repeated passages I feel I can confirm the completely positive judgment: good.
I cannot fail to congratulate the 'proposals of the Luci':
1) to applause the really homemade lasagna (perhaps with the exception of just the pasta, but I will check and update) with a tasty but delicate and not greasy Bolognese sauce and a béchamel that you would like again and again
2) from tears his braised meat with polenta is so good, the only flaw: he does not offer it frequently enough.
