Inoltre vi è una vastissima scelta: bistecche, entrecote di scottone... prodotti della tradizione leccese buonissimi e sempre freschi (involtini di trippa, di agnello, muso lesso, sanguinaccio ecc). Vastissima scelta di preparati (tutti senza glutine) che possono soddisfare anche le esigenze dei più innovativi come ad esempio le fantastiche ribs cotte a bassa temperatura o stinchi di maiale cbt ed altro ancora.
