....salame artigianale, preparato con superba maestria dal titolare, a mio avviso da esportare nei migliori ristoranti italiani sparsi su tutto il pianeta!!!
... quando è il periodo, prepara la gelatina di maiale (u' zuzu)... altra eccellenza del nostro territorio che dalla sua sapiente conoscenza del prodotto raggiunge livelli da record!...
Sapori antichi e genuini che grazie a chi oltre all'arte ci mette anche passione, serietà e dedizione, possono 'intrigare anche i palati sopraffini!....
Il titolare ha il mestiere in mano.....ha imparato da ragazzo l'arte dai Maestri storici del luogo... Complimenti!!!!
