★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto la Macelleria Ribolzi Mauro,grazie al mio vicino,che so che la frequenta,purtroppo per il mio vicino,è stato a casa in quarantena,per un sospetto di positività da corona virus,ed un giorno mi ha chiesto se per favore,potevo fargli delle commissioni a carattere alimentare,tra queste c'era quella di andare a fare compere per lui allamacelleria Ribolzi Mauro.
Premetto che non c'ero mai stato prima,ma una volta entrato,per me,goloso di formaggi,mi sembrava di essere un bambino in un negozio di caramelle!Ha un vastissimo assortimento di formaggi,oltre ai convenzionali,altri molto rari da trovare in giro,cito ad esempio il gorgonzola di Capra,eccellente formaggio, come il gianduiotto di montagna,quindi appena posso ,me ne compro vari tipi da gustare,ha anche del buon vino,un eccellente spumante,e delle ottime salse al peperoncino,e salse di mare piccanti,Mauro è una persona che sa consigliarti,su ogni tipo di formaggio.
