★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordine sbagliato, avevo ordinato del tipico soffritto catanzarese, confermato al telefono e di persona nella macelleria ( vuota al momento del mio arrivo), purtroppo, dopo aver ribadito soffritto, mi hanno consegnato del morzello. Risultato: morzello buttato in quanto non gradito dai miei ospiti. Delusione.
Wrong order, I had ordered the typical Catanzaro sautéed, confirmed over the phone and in person in the butcher's (empty at the time of my arrival), unfortunately, after having repeated the sauté, they gave me morzello. Result: morzello thrown away as not liked by my guests. Disappointment.
