★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco spesso alla macelleria ed ho sempre trovato le carni di ottima qualità. L ultima volta per gli acquisti grigliata pasquetta la qualità delle salamelle non era la solita: le ho trovate “di qualità industriale”, pancetta, coppa e tagliata di manzo ottime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato a Buscoldo in una via poco trafficata che supplisce al parcheggio limitato,quando entri e vedi il banco compreresti tutto quello esposto,oltre ai tagli tradizionali di carne che ho già provato molte altre volte ,trovi sempre qualche novità di come puoi gustare l' l'ottima carne sia di manzo che di maiale , oltre al pesto per il risotto e le costine di lombo per il risotto ,ho provato a prendere dei bicchierini di carne trita avvolti nella pancetta ripieni di gorgonzola con sopra la prugna e altri con la noce da fare al forno. Li abbiamo gustati ieri sera OTTIMI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo voglia di porchetta, mi hanno consigliato di andare alla macelleria "Punto Più" di Buscoldo. Una volta arrivato in negozio, oltre a quella ho preso anche una bella fiorentina e degli hamburger (di vari gusti); inoltre ho avuto il piacere di scoprire che è tutto fatto da loro.
Ottima esperienza!
I was in the mood for porchetta, they advised me to go to the butcher's "Punto Più" in Buscoldo. Once I got to the shop, in addition to that I also bought a nice Florentine and burgers (of various flavors); I also had the pleasure of discovering that it is all made by them.
