Ora che mi sono trasferito dalla città,nelle vicinanze di Montalto Scalo,mi sono recato fi persona dal Sig.Peluso e devo dire che la qualità della carne e la maestria nel taglio,sono sempre quelli
Che meraviglia!!!Una vera boutique solo per veri intenditori e buongustai della carne in tutte le sue salse

I knew this famous butcher's by name, also because it supplied the meat, to a well-known restaurant in the center of Cosenza, which I often frequented and I knew the goodness of the product
Now that I moved from the city, near Montalto Scalo, I went to Mr. Peluso in person and I must say that the quality of the meat and the mastery in the cut are always the same.
How wonderful !!! A real boutique only for true connoisseurs and gourmets of meat in all its sauces
