Franco, è gentile e consiglia sempre il taglio giusto di carne, che provvede a macellare direttamente con bestie che sceglie personalmente negli allevamenti della zona. Su richiesta procura polli e conigli nostrani, salame e salamelle sono altrettanto genuini. Il figlio Riccardo è titolare dell'omonima azienda agricola che tra Cisliano e Bareggio coltiva ortaggi e verdure che vende direttamente. Tutta roba buona e genuina. Scegliere nell'orto l'insalata che si vuole, farsela tagliare e mangiarsela fresca è cosa impagabile. Assolutamente consigliabili, tutti e due. Village butchery, like those of the past. The owner, Mr. Franco, is kind and always recommends the right cut of meat, which he slaughters directly with animals that he personally chooses from the local farms. Upon request, procure local chickens and rabbits, salami and salamelle are just as genuine. His son Riccardo is the owner of the farm of the same name which grows vegetables and sells directly between Cisliano and Bareggio. All good and genuine stuff. Choosing the salad you want in the garden, having it cut and eat it fresh is priceless. Absolutely recommendable, both.

Siamo rimasti molto insoddisfatti, perché la carne non è ottima e neanche buonissima è neanche a buon prezzo, il filetto a 30 euro al kg. Per niente economico come a scritto qualcuno. C’è ne siamo accorti quando siamo arrivati a casa guardando lo scontrino. Si perché sulla carne in vetrina non c’era il prezzo al kg, non mi sembra molto corretto.
