★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente carne equina freschissima, tagliata e lavorata in maniera tradizionale, (specie le famose braciole e la salsiccia di cavallo), che colpisce per il sapore eccezionale. Un pò meno il servizio a domicilio (altrimenti avrei dato 5 stelle) che arriva sempre con un certo ritardo.
Surely very fresh horse meat, cut and processed in the traditional way, (especially the famous chops and horse sausage), which is striking for its exceptional taste. A little less home service (otherwise I would have given 5 stars) that always comes with a certain delay.
