★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale è apparentemente pulito, la carne non è male. Purtroppo non vi è distinzione tra chi maneggia la carne e chi i soldi. Hanno i guanti ma ho visto, le tre volte che sono venuto questa settimana, che dopo aver toccato i soldi non sterilizzano i guanti ne li cambiano.
Peccato che si perdano per così poco.
L'igene è fondamentale specialmente in questo periodo.
The place is apparently clean, the meat is not bad. Unfortunately, there is no distinction between those who handle the meat and those who handle the money. They have gloves but I have seen, the three times I came this week, that after touching the money they do not sterilize the gloves nor change them.
Too bad they are lost for so little.
Hygiene is essential especially in this period.
