Per chi la compra per portare a casa ,viene messa sottovuoto su richiesta,e la conservazione rimane assolutamente perfetta,anche dopo 1 anno in freezer. Qui si trova tantissima scelta anche di formaggi,salumi,e vino,tutto davvero ottimo. Un negozio imperdibile, il titolare con una cortesia davvero unica. Da tornare e ritornare a vita. Consigliatissimo. ??????????
