MA ... c'è sempre un MA ... se volete comperare della Carne con la "C" maiuscola questo è uno dei posti migliori. Non sto scherzando la Fiorentina era veramente fantastica ... tenera e saporita. Qui in zona (Gaggio Montano e Vidiciatico) la Carne è veramente Carne.
You can buy meat wherever you want in Bologna ... one shop is worth another.
BUT ... there is always a BUT ... if you want to buy meat with a capital "C" this is one of the best places. I'm not kidding Fiorentina was really fantastic ... tender and tasty. Here in the area (Gaggio Montano and Vidiciatico) the meat is really meat.
