★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima macelleria di qualità e di una freschezza eccellente nei prodotti venduti, ho avuto modo di provare un pó di tutto, pollo ruspante, fegato, salsicce, fettine, bistecche, tramezzini di carne, macinato, e forse dimentico qualcosa. Ma il valore aggiunto che va sottolineato è il lato umano di Marco, Carmen e del loro figlio, sempre estremamente disponibili, cordiali e sinceri nonostante tante volte la clientela davvero sembra essere lì solo per provocare e voler infastidire. Queste qualità dovrebbero essere alla base delle relazioni umane ma oggigiorno sono sempre più difficili da trovare. Quindi va sottolineato questo e fatti i complimenti visto che sono fra le poche persone qui a Roma conosciute con queste importanti qualità. Grazie di tutto ed è sempre un piacere tornare da voi.
Excellent quality butchery and excellent freshness in the products sold, I had the opportunity to try a bit of everything, free-range chicken, liver, sausages, slices, steaks, meat sandwiches, minced meat, and maybe I forget something. But the added value that should be emphasized is the human side of Marco, Carmen and their son, always extremely helpful, friendly and sincere despite the fact that many times the customers really seem to be there only to provoke and want to annoy. These qualities should be the basis of human relationships but nowadays they are increasingly difficult to find. So it should be emphasized this and congratulations as I am among the few people here in Rome known with these important qualities. Thanks for everything and it is always a pleasure to come back to you.
