★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benchè avessi chiesto esplicitamente se avessero carne con le seguenti caratteristiche : in cottura non si deve ritirare , non deve fare liquidi, non deve emanare cattivi odori , deve essere tenera e adeguatamente frollata .non convinto delle risposte che mi sono state date ne ho comprata solo una fettina da fare all olio . Il risultato è che la carne non ha soddisfatto nessuno delle mie richieste e dopo averla assaggiata lho dovuta dare ai gatti del condominio.
