★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono di parte perché Peppe Martines è mio compare,ma credo stia dando un bel tocco di classe ad una macelleria già avviata da un grandissimo Pietro,dove la qualità non si discute da anni,il rinnovamento che sta portando Peppe,dal personale alle novità si vedono dal bancone,sempre pieno di prodotti nuovi con dei preparati particolari.La definisco una boutique, perché i prodotti sono eccellenti ,e quindi visto che esistono già i prodotti DOC DOCG ecc dovrebbero inventare il marchio TOP gli verrebbe assegnato sicuramente
