Qui ho trovato il giusto mix tra prodotti tradizionali (carni arrosto in particolare) e innovativi (pancetta all'aglio e salumi al tartufo da provare assolutamente). Da quel momento in poi è divenuta la mia Macelleria di fiducia.
After my first time in Parrella Butcher, I realized that I had found in a laboratory for quality and innovation. Here I found the right mix of traditional products (roast meat in particular) and innovative (garlic bacon and salami with truffle to be missed). From that moment on, it became my trusted butcher shop.
