Sembra quasi, che il consiglio ti venga dato, da un familiare, o come se fossero dei ns commensali. Ti fanno percepire la passione e la conoscenza che hanno, con suggerimenti anche meno costosi. Scusate se prolisso ma gli insaccati sono da paura, termine forse troppo sminuente. G	Giorgio Giogo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'eccellenza non si può commentare ma solo ammirare (o, in questo caso, gustare) e quindi è superfluo discutere della qualità della carne che si trova da Manente, ben conosciuta e riconosciuta da tutti nei suoi oltre 60 anni di attività. Personalmente guardo al pacchetto completo, comprese la cortesia, la competenza e la professionalità che dai "do vecioti" sono state ben tramandate al "giovine". A proposito di professionalità: l'altro giorno sono passato prima dell'apertura e ho sbirciato da una picola fessura delle tapparelle per vedere se c'era già qualcuno. Si vedevano i 3 moschettieri nel retrobottega che, coltelli alla mano come fossero le spade di D'Artagnan e compagni, stavano sapientemente preparando della carne. Ovvio direte voi, ma a me ha piacevolmente sorpreso che tutti indossassero le mascherine nonostante nessuno li potesse vedere. Davvero non è da tutti, e questo dice molto su che tipo di persone si tratta. Per quanto mi riguarda posso solo raccomandato a occhi chiusi. As for me I can only recommended it with my eyes closed.
