★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella macelleria a Santarcangelo di Romagna. Ci sono stato durante la fiera dei becchi personale molto gentile. Stinco di maiale e salsiccia molto buoni. Salame nostrano al sale di Cervia speciale da mangiare in religioso silenzio accompagnato da sangiovese Battistini magari vendemmia 2021 come ho fatto questa sera a cena.
Beautiful butcher in Santarcangelo di Romagna. I was there during the fair of the beaks very nice staff. Very good pork knuckle and sausage. Special local salami with Cervia salt to eat in religious silence accompanied by Sangiovese Battistini maybe harvest 2021 as I did this evening for dinner.

This butcher shop is run by husband and wife with some super friendly staff. They sell very good meat cuts which are sourced from the nearby mountaiins. They are also very creative: they sell their own precooked recipes which are delicious and you need only to warm them up, they make their own charciterie with new additions like duck salami. I love the fact that they are always trying sth new!
As I cook traditional British for my boys ( roasts and meat pies) and other cuisines, especially indian, they are always helpful and never gave me a wrong cut a meat that was not tender and high quality.
We understand each other so well that I can order over the phone and send my son's to collect. Highly recommended!
