Comme nous comprenions mal l’italien, le boucher nous a fait passer en cuisine pour nous faire choisir la viande du dîner. Un délice : saucisses, entrecôte coupée très fine, bombettone (petites paupiettes fourrées au fromage) accompagnées de pommes de terre au four (filet d’huile d’olive) et vin de la maison. Excellent ! Locale semplice ma qualità eccellente.. bombette ed altre carni scelte direttamente dal banco e cucinate al fornello come la vecchia tradizione. Gentilezza di tutto il personale..bombette straordinarie, Capocollo altrettanto..ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. They offer all the typical meat cut such as: bombette , fegatini( made out of liver), straccetti ( beef Stripes) and classic steaks. You will be also offered several local starters, salads and really good oven-rosted potatoes. Good, cheap and clean.
