Lo staff interno, al pari del titolare, mantiene una notevole professionalità. Ha anche un banco salumeria di tutto rispetto. La pulizia e l'organizzazione sono le connotazioni principali. I prezzi sono adeguati alla qualità dei prodotti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero di passaggio a Bitonto e sono entrato in questa macelleria, ho notato una vasta scelta di carni, alta qualità e massima pulizia, quando mi è stato chiesto che specialità intendevo acquistare mi sono affidato a loro li ho semplicemente risposto : fai tu, tussai.. uno dei collaboratori, LINO , mi ha preparato un carpaccio di scottona bello da vedere e gustosissimo per non parlare dell ottima salsiccia al gorgonzola preparata da Antonio. Complimenti ragazzi, 10 e lode, sicuramente ci ritornerò.
