Abbiamo preso dello speck loro che come ci spiegava il macellaio se lo producono loro. Eccezionale ! Niente da invidiare agli alto atesini . Grazie di cuore a tutti per la passione che ci mettete.

Living in Treviso, if I can, I always look for "Lasc" quality
We took their speck which, as the butcher explained to us, they produce it. Awesome ! Nothing to envy to the South Tyroleans. Heartfelt thanks to everyone for the passion you put into it.
