Ottima impressione iniziale , il personale preparato ,il locale molto accogliente ed il banco fornitissimo per qualsiasi esigenza . Da anni cerco una macelleria cosi' e finalmente l'ho trovata . Non saprei veramente dove trovare di meglio. Complimenti !. P.S. Prima o poi assaggero' anche una delle vostre costate dry aged che ogni volta ci "lascio gli occhi " I can say with certainty that this is the best butcher in the area. Always clean, owner and well-prepared collaborators, excellent meat and always fresh. I really don't know where to find better. Compliments !. P.S. Sooner or later I will also taste one of your dry aged ribs that "I leave our eyes" every time

Ora che avete aperto lo shop e da come capisco consegnate in tutta italia , di sicuro tornero' vostro affezionato cliente . Magnificent km0 meat, following the advice given for preparation and cooking we were all super happy. 5 stars well deserved for quality, service and availability. I will definitely be back, highly recommended for any need!
