Mio marito ha comperato 2 etti e prosciutto crudo Parma e 2 etti di prosciutto cotto a detta loro di produzione propria: il prosciutto crudo NON era Parma ed era secco come disidratato ( tipo carni estere) e il prosciutto cotto una spalla piena di nervatura da sbocco che è stata fatta pagare come un gran biscotto, complimenti. Siamo in un periodo no per via del virua? OK allora mi dite non abbiamo prosciutti a sufficenza e questo abbiamo, allora a quel punto sta a cliente dire ok lo compero oppure vado da un'altra parte. Morale della favola: buttati via piu' di 10 euro di "roba". Approfittarsi poi di un marito... Se ci fossi stata io avrei guardato il marchio a fuoco del prosciutto. Dopo tutto questo mi viene da pensare che sono l' UNICA macelleria di monza e non quella STORICA! Vi siete persi 2 clienti. I allow that I usually do not write reviews but I always look for mediation but in this case I could not hold back because I saw it as a real joke! My husband bought 2 ounces and Parma raw ham and 2 ounces of cooked ham according to their own production: the raw ham was NOT Parma and was dry as dehydrated (like foreign meats) and the cooked ham a shoulder full of outlet rib which was paid for like a big cookie, congratulations. Are we in a period not because of the virua? OK then tell me we do not have enough hams and this we have, then at that point it is up to the customer to say ok I buy it or I go somewhere else. Moral of the story: throw away more than 10 euros of "stuff". Then take advantage of a husband ... If I had been there I would have looked at the branding of the ham. After all this, I think that I am the ONLY butchery in monza and not the HISTORICAL one! You missed 2 customers.

Macellano direttamente loro 2-3 volte a settimana, quindi sono forniti anche di tagli che solitamente non si trovano (vedasi diaframma). Oltre alla carne, assolutamente ottima e alle volte con offerte competitive rispetto alle grandi catene, hanno una professionalità invidiabile: non mancheranno di consigliarvi il taglio migliore per la vostra ricetta e come meglio andarlo a cucinare! Sono ritornato in questa storica macelleria, e, vedendo le recensioni, non posso che confermare tutto ciò che leggo. La Fiorentina che mi hanno venduto è una delle migliori che abbia mai mangiato, così come i loro salumi (crudo di Parma SUPERLATIVO). Il proprietario e i ragazzi ti fanno sentire come a casa, ti consigliano, ti coccolano........ Grazie ancora e spero di poter ritornare come una volta, ogni settimana, per poter fare la mia scorta di ciccia. Bravi..bravi...bravi!!! Unfortunately, it has been a while (due to a pandemic) that I hadn't stopped in Monza. I returned to this historic butcher's shop, and seeing the reviews, I can only confirm everything I read. The Fiorentina they sold me is one of the best I've ever eaten, as are their cured meats (Parma ham SUPERLATIVO). The owner and the guys make you feel at home, they advise you, they pamper you ........ Thanks again and I hope to be able to return as once, every week, to be able to stock up on my meat. Well done ... well done ... well done !!!
