La carne scelta con cura e messa sottovuoto per una migliore conservazione rende questo locale unico e indimenticabile. Le pietanze fatte dalla famiglia sono squisite e strepitose e per chi vuole si può anche assaporare comodamente seduti al ristorante adiacente a pochi passi dalla bottega gasto alimentare
