Il cambio gestione non ha intaccato il livello di qualità e l'ampiezza della proposta gastronomica (si va dalla carne di vari tipi a piatti pronti e insaccati di ogni genere). Ottima la trovata di un frigo dedicato ai tagli bovini pregiati. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e veloce, pronto a proporre con competenza numerose ricette e preparazioni tipiche calabresi difficilmente reperibili altrove, specie nella GDO. Il locale e l'esposizione dei prodotti si presentano puliti e ordinati, a garanzia della salubrità degli alimenti. Le file di persone all'ingresso viste in questi giorni di feste natalizie (aggravate dai protocolli anticovid qui rispettati rigorosamente) confermano il successo del format proposto. Bravi!
I have known this butcher for many years. The change in management has not affected the level of quality and breadth of the gastronomic offer (ranging from various types of meat to ready meals and sausages of all kinds). Excellent the idea of a fridge dedicated to fine bovine cuts. The staff is extremely friendly and fast, ready to competently propose numerous typical Calabrian recipes and preparations that are difficult to find elsewhere, especially in the large-scale retail trade. The room and the display of the products are clean and tidy, guaranteeing the wholesomeness of the food. The lines of people at the entrance seen in these days of Christmas holidays (aggravated by the anticovid protocols strictly respected here) confirm the success of the proposed format. Well done!
