Consiglio vivamente di recarvi in questa macelleria, questo ragazzo merita.e soprattutto vi dà carne fresca.
 When you find wonderful people like Gaetano you realize that there is still someone who works out of passion and love. In my opinion the best sausage of Rosolini .. I highly recommend to go to this butcher, this guy deserves and above all he gives you fresh meat.

Dite a Gaetano (il titolare) che secondo dovete preparare e vi darà il tipo di carne adatto per quel tipo di pietanza e vi darà dei trucchetti per come cucinarla al Meglio
Io che sono Catanese "Ca scoccia " mi ha fatto trovare il cosiddetto "Zuzzu" comunemente chiamata Gelatina.
