Ottimo biglietto da visita quando cominci ad ordinare ciò che hai intenzione di comprare ed ecco che subito arriva la loro professionalità ovvero la loro profonda conoscenza di quello che da tanti anni loro hanno sul banco e che vendono consigliandoti su tutto e sul come devi cuocere i loro prodotti. Per non parlare di quei composti che loro stessi preparano e che offrono ai loro clienti. Qualità solo e semplicemente qualità è ciò che li distingue da tante altre macellerie del territorio. Importante è che non ti chiedi mai quanto hai speso ma semplicemente come hai gustato tanto i loro prodotti e soddisfatto non hai da dire altro se "ne vale la penna" anche sotto il profilo economico.
