★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne pagata cara..ma..usciva l’acqua anche qua..come la maggior parte delle fette di carne ormai..la cosa più bella è stata quando ho detto al macellaio che sto visitando varie macellerie per trovarne una con la carne non trattata e cmq senza acqua al suo interno (COME L’HO SENPRE MANGIATA FINO A POCHI ANNI FA, NON CHIEDO LA LUNA)..
Mi ha guardato restando zitto (già avevo capito che sarebbe stata piena di liquidi)..così mi ha detto di scaldare molto bene la padella, di non mettere sale e di cuocerla velocemente..beh..peccato che alla mia ragazza non piace al sangue..così è bastato cuocerla 1 minuto o 2 e...acqua come se piovesse...la padella era molto calda e il sale NON c’era...eppure..il bello è che ho usato la piastra come da suo consiglio..in pratica è venuta bollita la carne e la padella è diventata completamente marrone per via del liquido..e vai a toglierlo poi? comunque il gusto sarebbe anche decente tutto sommato ma sta storia dell’acqua non riesco a mandarla giù!
Mi dispiace ma per me tutti i macellai e i supermercati che vendono questa porcheria dovrebbero chiudere..o comunque farsi un esame di coscienza..
Non do una stella solo come incentivo..poiché spero che questa recensione gli serva per migliorare i loro prodotti
Meat paid for dear..but ... the water came out here too ... like most of the meat slices now ... the best thing was when I told the butcher that I'm visiting various butcher shops to find one with the meat. treated and anyway without water inside it (AS I WAS EATEN UP TO FEW YEARS AGO, I DO NOT ASK FOR THE MOON) ..
He looked at me in silence (I already knew he would be full of liquids) .. so he told me to heat the pan very well, not to put salt and to cook it quickly .. well .. pity that my girlfriend does not like the blood .. so it was enough to cook it 1 minute or 2 and ... water as if it rained ... the pan was very hot and the salt was NOT there ... yet..the beauty is that I used the plate as from his advice .. in practice the meat came boiled and the pan became completely brown because of the liquid..and go to remove it then however the taste would also be decent all in all but it's history of water I can't send it down!
I'm sorry but for me all the butchers and supermarkets that sell this rubbish should close ... or at least make an examination of conscience ..
I don't give a star just as an incentive ... as I hope this review will help them improve their products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne deliziosa! Non essendo una carnivora, ma avendo ospiti carnivori a cena, ho chiesto consiglio al ragazzo quale pezzo di carne scegliere per una tagliata e come cucinarla.. questo é stato il risultato! Ospiti estasiati e cena ottima.. Anche il battuto di salsiccia é stato strepitoso!
Delicious meat! Not being a carnivore, but having carnivorous guests for dinner, I asked the boy for advice which piece of meat to choose for a cut and how to cook it .. this was the result! Enthusiastic guests and excellent dinner .. Even the sausage beaten was amazing!
