V	Vincenzo Vito Schillirò on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questa macelleria ieri, per consumare dei panini insieme ad alcuni amici. Ci può stare il fatto che fosse carnevale e che ci fosse parecchia confusione, ma pagando per un prodotto mi aspetto di ricevere un una qualità almeno negli standard. Non mi lamento ne per il costo, ne per l'atteggiamento, poiché non posso. Mi lamento dei disservizi. Abbiamo ordinato 4 filoncini (pane lungo), ripetendolo svariate volete, ma capisco il potersi distrarre per la confusione, quindi: -Un panino con carne di cavallo, stracotta, quindi divenuta immangiabile per sapore e consistenza; -Due panini con salsiccia condita, ma ci siamo ritrovati quella normale, e tra le altre cose, una delle due troppo cotta; -Un panino con la polpetta di cavallo, avevamo espresso in maniera assillante di non aggiungere salmoriglio, ma siamo stati ignorati alla grande, poiché evitano di metterlo nel pane, ma non nella polpetta. Ci siamo accorti di quanto successo e ci hanno detto che avevamo visto male, meno male che la persona che lo ha ordinato se n'è accorta subito, poiché è allergica all'aceto. Solo dopo aver detto la motivazione, hanno affermato che ci fosse, e lo hanno rifatto. Non posso giudicare la qualità della carne, poiché la cottura lo impediva, come anche l'eccessiva quantità di aceto nello stesso salmoriglio. I was in this butcher shop yesterday, to have sandwiches with some friends. There may be the fact that it was carnival and that there was a lot of confusion, but paying for a product I expect to receive a quality at least in the standards. I'm not complaining about the cost, nor the attitude, because I can't. I complain about disservices. We ordered 4 filoncini (long bread), repeating it several times, but I can understand being distracted by the confusion, so: - A sandwich with horsemeat, overcooked, so it became inedible for flavor and texture; -Two sandwiches with seasoned sausage, but we found ourselves the normal one, and among other things, one of the two too cooked; - A sandwich with a horse meatball, we expressed in a nagging way not to add salmoriglio, but we were ignored big time, as they avoid putting it in the bread, but not in the meatball. We realized what had happened and they told us that we had seen badly, thank goodness that the person who ordered it noticed it immediately, since it is allergic to vinegar. Only after saying the reason, they claimed that he was there, and they did it again. I cannot judge the quality of the meat, as cooking prevented it, as well as the excessive quantity of vinegar in the same salmoriglio.
