★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire...., complimenti complimenti complimenti vivissimi a questa macelleria equina, io e mia moglie siamo duvuti arrivare a Pomigliano d'Arco per acquistare della carne di cavallo che purtroppo da dove abitiamo noi a Fuorigrotta (Na) nessuno la vende.
Abbiamo acquistato diverse fettine di carne un po di macinato e 4 hamburger di cui uno lo abbiamo cucinato la sera stessa per cena per me e come detto in antitesi, che dire.... complimenti al Sig. Giovanni, l'hamburger era a dir poco squisito tenero e di gran sapore. I circa 30 km fatti per arrivare a destinazione sono stati ripagati dalla qualità del prodotto, bontà, serietà e professionalità del proprietario, ritorneremo sicuramente quanto prima anche perché vorrei tanto delle buonissime salsicce di cavallo di cui sono goloso e che adesso so non tradiranno le aspettative.

What can I say ...., congratulations congratulations heartfelt congratulations to this horse butchery, my wife and I have come to Pomigliano d'Arco to buy some horse meat which unfortunately no one sells from where we live in Fuorigrotta (Na).
We bought several slices of minced meat and 4 hamburgers, one of which we cooked the same evening for dinner for me and as said in antithesis, what can I say .... congratulations to Mr. Giovanni, the hamburger was to say the least not very exquisite, tender and of great flavor. The approximately 30 km traveled to get to the destination were rewarded by the quality of the product, goodness, seriousness and professionalism of the owner, we will certainly return as soon as possible also because I would like so much some very good horse sausages of which I am greedy and which now I know will not betray the expectations. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi sono recato in questa macelleria che conosco da tanti anni ma essendo un "carnivoro" tradizionale,non ho mai pensato di mangiare carne di cavallo...ebbene è stata una scoperta favolosa: arrosto tenerissimo e la salsiccia superlativa! A breve comprerò anche gli hamburger per i bambini...consiglio a tutti questa storica macelleria equina piena di prodotti freschissimi,sicuri e onestà dei proprietari esperti!
This morning I went to this butcher shop I've known for many years but being a traditional "carnivore", I never thought about eating horse meat ... well it was a fabulous discovery: tender roast and superlative sausage! Soon I will also buy hamburgers for children ... I recommend to everyone this historic butcher's shop full of fresh products, safe and honest owners of experts!
