La macelleria è di ottimo livello con carni bovine suine ed ovine di una qualità al di sopra della media in quanto la scelta è sempre personale dovuta ad una discendenza di un gran conoscitore di carni e macellazione il grande Paolo Principe. Ottimi i salumi i prosciutti e i formaggi. Consiglio a chi vuole gustare sapori realmente appartenenti alla terra irpina venire qui ed affidarsi ad Anna e Carmine.
